I use Canada Post for shipping. Orders are shipped WITHOUT tracking number. I will send your item in 3-5 business days after purchase and it will be delivered to your door within 1 month.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return and exchange details
LOSS IN SHIPPING: All Artwork is insured. In the case of loss, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. If for some reason, you are not happy with your painting, you may return it to me within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Damaged orders
If your order arrived damaged please contact me immediately. Please attach 3 or more high quality photos of the damaged print and packaging from different angles. I will offer you refund or replacement of your order.
Order did not arrive in 30 days
If your order did not arrive in 30 days please contact me and let me know. I will consider it lost in the mail. I will offer you refund or replacement of you order.
