The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or
defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads

Return and exchange details
LOSS IN SHIPPING: All Artwork is insured. In the case of loss, the
customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. If for
some reason, you are not happy with your painting, you may return it to me
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the
responsibility of the buyer.
Most rates are displayed at the bottom of each listing. If your country is not
displayed, please contact me for a quote and I can manually add your
country at that time. If you buy 2 or more paintings you will get a discounted
shipping rate.
I use Canada Post for shipping. Orders are shipped WITHOUT tracking
number. I will send your item in 1-2 business days after purchase and it will
be delivered to your door within 1 month.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I]m not responsible for delays due to customs.
